Our Limited Edition Feijoa Soda Syrup is a cult favourite and we're keeping it going as long as we can get fruit.
We chop up a hefty batch of organic Hawkes Bay feijoas, then steep them in filtered water with organic cane sugar and zesty lemon juice. Simple as that.
Mix it up at home with sparkling water; throw in a slice of cucumber or a splash of gin. Send a bottle to a homesick kiwi on the other side of the world.
Our syrups are designed to be mixed with soda or sparkling water, and are best served cold over ice.
Shake before use. Then mix 1 part syrup to 5 parts water (usually about 30mL of syrup in a 200mL glass of water). Stir and garnish with fancy things.
Before opening, the bottle will be fine at room temperature.
Once open, store in the fridge. Use within approx. 30 days once open.
