Simply mix our syrups with any soda or sparkling water over ice and add a garnish if you're feeling fancy. We usually mix them 1 part syrup to 5 parts soda or sparkling water eg. 30mL syrup 150mL water but you can make them stronger or weaker, it's up to you.

Ingredients

  • Any Soda Syrup 30mL
  • 1 scoop of ice cream or sorbet
  • Soda Water 100mL or to top

Method

  1. In a tall glass with a few ice cubes, add the syrups and icecream
  2. Top slowly with soda water and garnish

Ingredients

  • 30mL Cherry Pomegranate Syrup
  • 10mL Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Soda Water to top
  • Optional: Sprig of Mint for Garnish

  • 2 Slices Fresh Tumeric

Method

Method

  1. In a tall glass with lots of ice, add syrup, spirit, and soda water.
  2. Stir and garnish with lime slices and a fresh sprig of rosemary.

  • 80mL Aperol
  • 60mL Raspberry and Lemon Syrup
  • 50mL Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Soda Water to Top
  • Sprig of thyme and/or Burnt Orange Twists for Garnish

Method

  1. In a cocktail shaker, build Aperol, Raspberry and Lemon Syrup, Lime Juice, Ice Cubes, and Egg White.
  2. Shake Well.
  3. Strain into 2 coupe or martini glasses and top with soda water.
