Ingredients:
- 30mL Raspberry & Lemon syrup
- 3-4 raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- or 1 teaspoon puree
- 150mL Soda Water
- 1 smal scoop Lemon sorbet
- Lemon, raspberry & mint to garnish
Method:
Muddle raspberries with Raspberry & Lemon syrup, add ice & sorbet and top with soda water. Garnish with lemon slices, raspberries & mint.
